Noor: designing with light

Noor began with a request we could not fill from stock: something that read as jewellery from across a room but disappeared under a sleeve.

The answer turned out to be surface rather than size. Small stones, set flush and close, throw more light per gram of gold than one large stone does — and they sit flat enough to wear under anything.

The collection now runs to eleven pieces, all in the same 1.3mm stone size, so they can be layered without competing.
