Orders
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces enter production immediately and cannot be cancelled after 48 hours.
Pricing
Prices reflect metal and stone markets at the time of order and are held for seven days from a written quotation.
Returns
Unworn, unengraved stock pieces may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Bespoke and engraved pieces are final sale.
