Every piece is made to order and sized before it leaves the bench. If you are between sizes, order up — the first resize within twelve months is complimentary.

Insured shipping both ways. Made-to-order pieces take three to four weeks at the bench; we write with photographs before they ship. 30-day returns on unengraved pieces.

Covered against manufacturing fault for 24 months from dispatch — repaired or replaced without charge.

Keep away from chlorine, perfume and household cleaners. Store flat and separately. We clean and re-polish Miraki pieces free of charge, for life.

Loss, theft and accidental damage are not covered. Book a repair or a clean from your account, or write to us with the order number.
